Curbside Yard Relief
Yard work already takes enough time. KC Disposal offers yard waste pickup in Kansas City, so homeowners can bag, bundle, and set out approved debris without turning cleanup into a hassle.

Pickup Day Prep
Accepted Yard Waste & Pickup Guidelines
Leaves & Clippings
KC Disposal picks up organic yard waste like leaves, grass clippings, and garden trimmings. Use brown paper compost bags and keep each bag light enough for safe curbside collection.
Bundled Brush
Brush and limbs need to be cut down and bundled before pickup. Keep bundles around 4 feet long, and avoid setting out large branches that belong in a different cleanup service.
Seasonal Yard Items
Some seasonal items, including Christmas trees, pumpkins, and hay bales without wire, may be accepted. These still count toward your pickup, so check the rules before setting them out.

Frequently Asked Questions
Annual yard waste service makes sense if your lawn, trees, or garden produce debris throughout the year.
One-time pickup is ideal after a weekend cleanup, extra trimming, or a short stretch where the yard produces more bags and bundles than usual. KC Disposal can help you choose the right option before yard waste starts stacking up.
KC Disposal picks up approved organic yard waste, including leaves, grass clippings, garden trimmings, and properly bundled brush. Homeowners who need a yard waste pickup in Kansas City should check the material first, so pickup day does not include guesswork at the curb.
People should put leaves, grass clippings, and garden debris in brown paper compost bags, and they should tie brush into manageable bundles. Keep limbs cut down into small pieces, avoid oversized branches, and place everything where the crew can reach it from the curb. KC Disposal gives Kansas City homeowners clear setup guidelines before pickup.
Storm debris, mass pruning, and large branches are not the same as normal yard waste. Those loads are often heavier, messier, and outside regular pickup rules. If you’re scheduling yard waste pickup in Kansas City, our team at KC Disposal can help you confirm whether your debris qualifies or needs another disposal option.
KC Disposal offers yard waste pickup in Kansas City, MO, not regular weekly trash pickup. If you need help with approved leaves, grass clippings, brush, or other normal yard debris, our team can help you keep your curb clear. We also provide trash pickup in other Kansas City metro communities, so service depends on your exact address.
