Cart Delivery will begin on Tuesday, December 29th, 2020. We expect the delivery process to take up to a few days. All carts will be delivered by Friday January 1st, 2021. All residents will receive a 95-gallon trash cart and a 65-gallon recycling cart. Bulky Item collection will be on an annual basis.

Missed Pickups

If your trash, and recycling is not picked up on Tuesday on non-holiday weeks, please call 816-388-9739 and press the option for Edwardsville residents. You will then be transferred to one of our customer service reps (CSR) and they will assist you in scheduling your items to be picked up the next business day. If you call in before 2pm on your pick-up day, your missed items will be picked up same business day. If you call in after 2pm, your missed items will be picked up first thing the next business day. On holiday weeks, please refer to the same system listed above but note that we will be by on Thursday to pick up any misses.

Bulky Item Pickups

This service will be on an annual basis, each year on a specified date Edwardsville resident will be able to set out up to 5 large items for collection. Our large item program is designed to help residents easily dispose of items once a year by simply setting them at the curb versus saving everything up for a City Wide drop off in which you have to load everything.

*Additional large items can be picked up separately for a small fee throughout the year – contact our office at 816-388-9739 or email our office at kcdisposal@gmail.com to schedule the additional pickup.

Christmas Tree Disposal

Christmas trees can be picked up anytime between December and March. Just call our office to schedule this pick-up.
