65/65 Service
Household trash equivalent to a 65 gal trash cart or less (approximately five (5) 13 gal kitchen bags) each week. All trash is to be bagged and fit inside the cart with the lid closed. We will provide you with a 65 gal trash cart to use while you have our service (it will have a black lid). The trash cart is required for our service.
Proper Bin Placement- We ask that you place your bins on your driveway and not the grass. The bins need to be at least 4’ apart from one another, at least 4’ – 6’ from any mailboxes, and at least 12’ from any parked vehicles that may be in front of your residence. If you choose to place your bins on your grass and there is damage, we are not liable for any damage done by our truck. Our trucks are equipped with an automated arm, so it is very important that our drivers have enough clearance so that they can service your bins. If there is anything blocking your bins, they will not be able to service them.
Recycling Service in Blue Springs
We will provide you with a 65 gal or 95 gal recycle cart to use while you have our service (it will have a green lid). The recycle cart is required for our services.
Our recycling is unlimited but please do not overload your recycling bin, as the lid does need to be closed. All boxes inside and outside your bin will need to be broken down flat. The additional boxes outside the bin should be broken down and bundled (no larger than 3′ x 4′ sections). If you have any loose recycling that will not fit inside of the recycling cart, use either a small container or box to be placed next to the cart.
Prior to recycling, please remove food and rinse containers.
Blue Springs Yard Waste Service
Yard waste is optional. If you choose yard waste service, we will provide you with a 95 g yard waste bin. KC Disposal does not take personal yard waste bins.
Yard waste is picked up year-round, we allow the 95 g yard waste bin and 6 brown paper yard waste bags or 6 bundles (no longer than 4’ in length, 2’ in circumference and 2” diameter a week.)
January 1st – April 1st all yard waste must be scheduled.

Trash and yard waste bags over the limit will each require an overage sticker that can be purchased at office (10011 Woodend Rd Edwardsville, KS 66111) or call us at 816-388-9739 and the stickers will be mailed to you right away.
*All items should be placed at the curb no later than 6 a.m. on your service day.
